Courtesy means kindness to me. when i am courteous it is either i am in a good mood, feel like doing it or scared that the person i do not greet will scold me( rare case). when i am angry i will either shout or hit them or both. people should be more courteous unlike me unless they really cannot control their rage like me. Singapore would be much better if there were more courteous people.
